JENNIFER BOYD, Executive Director | ||||
| Jennifer Boyd has worked with Danceline since 1990 and has lead the company since 1999. She was a two year captain of her high school drill team in Mineral Wells. She then attended Tyler Jr College and became a world famous Apache Belle serving for two years. She received an Associates Degree in dance from TJC, a BA in English, and MA in English and an MED in counseling from Tarleton State University. She completed additional graduate hours in dance performing arts at West Texas A&M University where she worked with the Lone Star Ballet. She was the founder and director of the Weatherford College Gold Duster dance team for five years and started the first dance classes to be offered at WC. She also directed a junior dance team for 5 years. During her dancing career, Jennifer has performed in Australia, France, for former president George Bush, and at Dallas Cowboy and Texas Ranger games. While serving as a director she had the opportunity to perform as a featured dancer for the summer season musicals at the historic Granbury Opera House. | |||||

| KRISTY PLATT, Administrative Director |  |

| Kristy Platt has worked with Danceline since 1994. Kristy serves as the Administrative Director and the Elite Coordinator. She was a nationally ranked cheerleader in high school and captain of her high school drill team for three years in Kountze. Kristy attended Blinn College,Texas A&M University and received a B.S. degree in dance and health from Lamar University. She has 8 years experience as a drill team director and public school dance teacher. Kristy was the director at Kountze High School and Navasota High School and taught in the Dance Department at Hebron High School. She was a performer for the Frisco Thunder Semi-Pro Team in Frisco, Texas as a lead dancer for their 2007 inaugural team. Kristy has taught as many studios including Bryan College Station Jr. Dance Team, CHARRA group at TAMU, Center Stage, Frisco Dance Force, and Danceline Academy. She was also a Super Bowl XXXVIII performer. | |||||

VICTORIA SORIA, Marketing Director | ||||
| Victoria Soria has worked for Danceline since 1999 and is part of our Administrative Staff serving as the Marketing Director as well as the Director of the Social Officer Program and all Danceline Merchandise. She was captain of her high school drill team in Weatherford for two years. She attended Weatherford College where was selected as a member of the Gold Duster Dance Team serving as co-captain her sophomore year. She then attended Texas Woman’s University where she received a B.A. degree in dance. She served as the director of her church dance team and Youth Coordinator at The Church in Peaster. She served as part time teacher and the director for Pantego Christian Academy Dance Team for two years while running a Community Style Studio, Studio Elite there as well. Victoria has also been an instructor for the Texas Woman’s University Community Studio and Danceline Academy. She currently is a member of the Nation Association of Professional Women and in 2008 was honored as Who’s Who Among American Women. | |||||

| JESSICA BRADLEY, Upper Level Staff Captain |  |

| Jessica Bradley joined the staff in 2004. She is from Huntsville where she was the captain of her drill team. She attended Kilgore College and served as an internationally famous Kilgore Rangerette. She attended Sam Houston State University as a dance major and Spanish minor graduating with a B.F.A. Jessica has served as a performer for the Kista Tucker Modern Dance Company and was able to work under the direction of choreographer Bill Evans. Jessica is currently the director of Pasadena High School. | |||||

MARISA HORNER, Senior Staff | ||||
| Marisa Horner joined the Danceline Staff in 2003. She is from Huntsville where she was the Colonel of her drill team senior year. Marisa has performed at Super Bowl XXXVIII, Disney World and on a Carnival Cruise Line. She has taught dance part-time in The Woodlands for Boni’s Dance Studio. She was the Director for k-3rd and 7th-12 grade teams at Lone Star Jazz. In addition she was an instructor for Steps of Faith. | |||||

| Megan Massey joined the Danceline Staff in 2008. She was captain of the New Caney High School Dance Team. She attended the Texas Academy of Dance and Twirl for 13 years. Megan recently graduated from Sam Houston State University as a dance major with a minor in secondary education. Megan is currently the dance teacher and director for Brownsboro High School. | |||||

ASHLEY NESS, Senior Staff | ||||
| Ashley Ness joined the Danceline staff in 2009. She was a four year member of the state and national champion Pure Gold Dance Team at Boswell High School. Ashley served as Junior Lieutenant and Senior Captain. After high school, Ashley attended The University of North Texas where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a minor in Secondary Education. She then went on to teach History and direct the Fillies Drill Team at Denton High School for two years. Currently, she owns her own dance studio business, Silhouette Dance Company, she started in 2009. | |||||

| Sarah Peters joined the Danceline Staff in 2003. She is from Angleton where she was the captain of her drill team for two years as at Angleton High School. She attended Sam Houston State University receiving a degree in Dance. While in college she co-director the Texas World Dance Company. She served one year as the director of the Mance Park dance team in Huntsville. Sarah is the drill team director and dance teacher at Alief Elsik High School. | |||||

CHELSEA PEVERILL, Senior Staff | ||||
| Chelsea Peverill joined the Danceline Staff in 2006. She attended Montgomery High School where she served as Colonel of her dance team for two years. She graduated from Sam Houston State University majoring in accounting, and is now working on her master’s in education. Chelsea served as a performer for the Conroe Storm Dance Team for a year. | |||||

| Amanda Bednarz joined the Danceline staff in 2010. She was captain of the Hutto High School Dance Team. She has danced at the Texas Academy of Ballet and Master’s Performing Arts Center in Michigan. She is currently attending Texas State University majoring in both Psychology and Nursing. Amanda is also on the Texas State Strutters Dance Team, serving on the Pom Squad and Jazz Elite team. | |||||

| Apryl Johnson joined the Danceline staff in 2010. She graduated from Montgomery High School where she was officer of her drill team for three years. She attends Sam Houston State University where she is majoring in Dance with a minor in Education. Apryl also currently serves as a Hip-Hop instructor at Starbound Dance Studio in Conroe, Texas. | |||||

| Cambryn Lindsey joined the Danceline staff is 2008. She was captain of the Hyde Park Baptist High School dance team while attending Shirley McPhails School of Dance and Dancer’s Workshop. She is currently seeking a degree at Baylor University as a major in secondary education (history focus) with a minor in dance. Cambryn has also served as a ballet instructor at Korpi’s School of Ballet and is currently teaching at Joy’s School of Dance. | |||||

| Kaitlin Lowery joined the Danceline staff in 2009. She was a member of the Rider High School dance team in Wichita Falls, TX and served as the head dance captain. She is currently attending Oklahoma City University as a dance major. | |||||

| Jacee McAfee joined the Danceline staff in 2010. She was a member of her high school dance team, the RedHotts, in Fredericksburg, Texas for four years serving two years as Captain. Jacee currently attends Austin Community College where she’s working towards an Associates degree in Kinesiology. | |||||

| Erin Morrell joined the Danceline Staff in 2007. She was an officer of the Friendswood High School drill team. She completed two years at Kilgore College serving as an internationally famous Kilgore Rangerette where she served as chaplain. Erin graduated from The University Of North Texas majoring in international studies with a minor in French/Arabic. Erin currently teaches at Studio A Dance Studio in Southlake, TX. | |||||

| Crystal Parker joined the Danceline staff in 2008. She served as a performer for the Trinity High School Dance Team. In addition, she has attended Bruce Lea Dance Studio and Pat Riddle School of Dance. She has worked as a Preschool Dance teacher at HEB Music and Dance. She attended Tarrant County Community College before transferring to the University of Texas at Arlington as a Health & Fitness major. In addition to performing with the TCC dance company where she has served as a student rehearsal director, she is a part of the UTA Dance Ensemble and recently performed at ACDF in New Mexico this past spring. Crystal will graduate in the spring of 2012 and then plans to become a high school teacher and drill team director. | |||||

SHERRIE EVANS, Professional Staff | ||||
| Sherrie Evans joined the Danceline staff in 2010. Sherrie served as captain for her high school drill team and continued to dance while in college for Tarleton State University. Upon graduation, Sherrie started her 28 year teaching career, served as Director for the Texan Stars at TSU, then served as Director for the Stingerettes at Stephenville High School for 16 years. Sherrie also owned her own studio for 5 years during this time. She is currently working for Dance-N-TS and recently was elected to serve on the SISD school board. | |||||
