Danceline Is Looking For Summer Instructor Positions For Dedicated Hard Working Dancers!

WE'RE LOOKING FOR STAFF FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON.

There is a $20 registration/processing fee to audition. If you'd like audition info, please contact us by calling or e-mailing and we will send you a full audition packet.

Although having the gift for dance instruction, choreography and leadership skills are all necessary requirements to be on the Danceline staff, our most important priority is that all of our staff members are Christians. We were founded as a Christian based company in the early 1980's and continue to strive for that level of excellence today. Because of our company's strong foundation, it is extremely necessary that all of our staff have a common faith in Christ in order for our company to meet the challenges put before us. Please consider this aspect seriously before you apply to be a staff member. Your faith should be apparent in the manner in which you conduct yourself at all times. To this end, instructors must be at a level in their walk with God to easily and naturally share and minister to the dancers we instruct.

To audition for a Danceline instructor position, please contact our office via e-mail or phone and we will mail you our audition packet. If your video audition meets the needs for the Danceline staff for the upcoming year, you will be sent an invitation to join our formal audition and training session in the spring.

We currently have three levels of instructors in our company:

Pay is based on instructor level and amount of instruction days. All instructors will be asked to sign a contract for summer season.

Danceline is a full service dance camp company offering the most current curriculum in officer leadership training, team-building activities and dance choreography. All of our officer and line camps are held at beautiful hotel and resort locations. We appreciate your interest this year and wish you the very best!

Description for Danceline Staff Duties
Summer Instructor Staff- Our Danceline instructors are typically made up of dancers from age 18 to 40 and beyond! These individuals have the most demanding summer schedules of all of our staff members. They are expected to work from 4 to 11 weeks of the summer. Typically our camp week ranges from 3 to 5 days long. They are expected to teach one to two routines per day, may assist or lead in various seminars, team activities or devotionals, serve as judges at hotel camps, conduct sales for promotional items, help in organizing camp details and materials and more.
