Our camps have always been held in beautiful hotel and resort locations. Dancers learn routines and enjoy our leadership training in air-conditioned ballrooms. Our hotel hosts always provide delicious food and great service to our campers throughout the week. We believe that the camp experience should be special for both the dancers and directors. Let us train your dancers! You deserve a break!

Our camp programs are specifically designed to encourage your team to discover their greatest strengths so they will shine this year no matter what their size or skill level. We promise to make every camp experience unique and beneficial to your special group. Join us this year and experience the best week of your summer

All camps require $550 non-refundable deposit by April 25th to guarantee date and reservation.
After initial $550 non-refundable deposit, 50% of payment is due one month prior to camp and balance is due 2 weeks prior to camp.
All music for custom routines is due by June 10th.
The proper registration form must be submitted.
Must have room list by the end of May.
There will be a $200 late fee if balance is not paid prior to camp.
Additional meals for chaperones, parents, bus drivers or children is available at all hotel camp locations. Please call our office for a quote. These additional meals must be noted on registration form.
Early Arrival is available at all Hotel Camp locations but is limited. You must register for this early arrival in advance and have met all above mentioned payment schedule. We will not hold the extra night's room without prior payment. In addition, Danceline arranges these extra rooms at a special rate making it one less detail that directors have to arrange.
All schools registering for a Private Camp must secure a safe (preferably smoke-free) hotel for staff beginning the night prior to camp with check out on the final day of camp. This expense is the sole responsibility of the dance team.

MIDDLE SCHOOL/JR. HIGH/9TH GRADE OFFICER LEADERSHIP & DANCE CAMPS

Danceline's exclusive officer training camp for Middle School/Jr. High/9th Grade is targeted and guaranteed to develop the leadership skills in your dancers necessary to effectively lead, teach, and motivate your team throughout the year. SOCIAL OFFICER CAMP

Danceline is proud to serve the needs for Social Officers with our outstanding leadership and team building curriculum designed exclusively for Social Officers. We've designed a camp program featuring powerful tools to help your Social Officers gain the initiative and drive to serve their team and create a valuable relationship between your program and the community. Each Social Officer group will walk away with a year of preparation to make memories that will last a lifetime!

HOTEL TEAM CAMP

Our Hotel Team Camps are designed exclusively for your team! You will get over 12 routine options and we offer 2 custom field or pep rally routines specifically designed for your team at no extra charge (upon request with deposit by April 25). Additionally, we teach daily technique classes you request to fit your needs! Bring your team to one of our resort or hotel locations for an exciting week and unforgettable memories! Our professionals will work personally with your team to bring them to the level of their peak performance. We offer two routines per day and daily team building activities.

DIRECTOR PROGRAM

You will love our unique director programs. At Danceline camps, directors are treated to a stress-free week of professional development. Each director is provided a professional development certificate of hours at the end each camp. Not only do you enjoy the amenities of a luxury hotel accommodation, but, we guarantee a memorable stay as we pamper you with our special brand of Danceline care!

PRIVATE CAMPS

Bring the Talented Danceline Instructors to your hometown! Available June-August. We will set up a two to five day private camp at your school. Prices begin at just $40 per dancer per day based on a team of at least 15. If less than 15 dancers flat fee of $600 per day. Your costs will also include also include safe hotel for instructors and travel fees for instructor(s). Call or e-mail our office if your team has special financial needs. We are always willing to work with you. We have certain dates that may offer lower pricing.

LINE & SOCIAL OFFICER COMMUTER CAMPS

Our Officer Leadership Camp Program is truly the most comprehensive and professional in the business. We were one of the first companies to offer a full leadership program at our Officer Camps and our staff is trained annually with the most current and effective leadership models. Danceline's exclusive officer training camp develops the leadership skills in your dancers necessary to effectively lead, teach, and motivate your team throughout the year. We focus on bringing out the strengths in your leaders, so they will help the director bring out the best qualities of his or her team. As always, our officer camps are fun, exciting and rewarding - never intimidating.

INDIVIDUAL & TEAM COMMUTER CAMPS

Bring your whole team or just a few and learn up to five all new routines, attend special technique classes, team building seminars, devotionals, and receive daily positive and constructive evaluations. Team/Individual Dance Camp is open to ages 12 and beyond. Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Level Dance Instruction. Great routines and choreography ideas for pep-rallies, contest, football and basketball games.

PRIVATE HOTEL TEAM CAMP

Available June-August. You pick the dates for a three to five day private camp at the hotel of your choice. This gives your team the personal attention of a private camp and the luxury of going to camp at a hotel-Danceline style! We will provide one to two instructors according to your team size. Prices begin at just $40 per dancer per day based on a team of 15 dancers. Lodging, ballrooms and meals are separate pricing. You must register by April 25!

DANCELINE ELITE PERFORMING GROUP

Danceline is proud to offer our Danceline Elite Performing Group Auditions at all of our summer camp programs. This is a special performing group that will be selected at each Danceline camp to travel and perform in all exciting performance tours for the spring semesters. All Danceline campers are eligible to audition. Selections will be based on dance and performance ability, academic record, and director's recommendations. Danceline Elite has traveled and performed in Disney World, Disney Land, New York, Bahama Cruises, Nassau, Cozumel, San Antonio and Hollywood, California. You'll love these exciting travel and performance opportunities for your dancers!

JUNIOR DANCER PROGRAM - Danceline Director Family Option!!!

We know that many of our directors are also valued mothers and we welcome you to bring your children with you to camp this summer. Unless they need to purchase hotel meals, there is no extra charge for your family to attend camp. Our resort camps (Horseshoe Bay and YO Ranch) offer villas and suites that have small living areas and kitchenettes. If you are interested in these accomodations, call our office for pricing and we are happy to reserve it for you. Our resort locations offer many great amenities including nearby rivers, fabulous lakes, beautiful swimming pools, spas, golf, on-site restaurants and much more. They are perfect locations for a mini-family summer vacation. I fyou bring your child with you to camp you may also enroll them in our new Danceline Junior Dancer Program for children 4 - 12 years. Registration for this program must be made at least one month prior to camp.

TEAM PRIVATE CAMPS

Each school is required to cover the cost of a safe hotel for staff beginning the night prior through the final day of camp.	*We define custom as routines that are exclusively designed for your team and will not be taught to any other team. All custom routine music must be received at least 1 month prior to camp.
Out of State Private Camps cover 100% of air and rental car.

TEAM & INDIVIDUAL DANCE COMMUTER CAMP
Danceline Elite Routine & Auditions are offered at all Dance Commuter Camps. No custom routines are offered. Both pep rally and football routines are offered at all locations.

We Will Accept Late Registration Up To Ten Days Prior To Camp If Space Is Available.

Please note that a $500 non-refundable deposit is due to the Danceline Office Immediately to guarantee your space for any type of camp. Hotel Camp Space Is Limited-Register Early! 50% of cost is due one month prior to camp. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to camp.
