Danceline Elite 2009-2010 Performance Trip Dates Are Set!

San Antonio Performance Trip- December 4-6, 2009
New York Experience - January 15-18, 2010
Disney World Performance Trip - January 28-31, 2010

Congratulations on your selection to the prestigious Danceline Elite Performing Group 2009-2010! Our trips are always well organized and packed with fun educational activities. We spend about two to three hours rehearsing for our performances and the rest of the time is spent enjoying the sights and activities of the area. It is truly worth the price! You'll be glad you made the decision to travel with us!

Directors, managers, parents, childresn and other sponsors are invitied to go with us. In fact, if you bring 30 or more travelers in your group, your entire group will be eligible for a discount! Contact our office for more details.

SENDING PAYMENTS

All payments must be on time and in form of a check or money order made payable to DANCELINE PRODUCTIONS. No credit cards are accepted. Please be sure passenger's name is clearly indicated on memo space of check. Please note that $375 of your payment is a deposit which is non-refundable. See cancellation policy for other details.

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

  • Final payment is due for San Antonio by Oct. 20th and NY/Disney by Nov. 20th. If you miss this deadline, there is no guarantee of reserved space. Early spring is very busy for these destinations, so spaces fill up quickly.
  • Cancellations received by Nov. 15th will be charged $200 per person (excluding deposit).
  • Cancellations received by Dec. 15th will be charged $350 per person (excluding deposit).
  • No refunds will be made after Nov. 15, 2009.
  • Name changes can be made for $50 fee until Nov. 1, 2009.
  • After Nov. 1, 2009, name changes will be charged an additional $100 fee.
  • If any check is returned for insufficient funds or any other reason, a $40 fee will be added each time. If this occurs the replacement must be a money order.
  • There is a charge of $50 per week if we do not receive your payment by the due date.

GOOD STANDING

All Elite performers/travelers must be in good standing with their team and director at time of trip departure. If participant has been removed or quit the team, she may not be allowed to travel unless director gives special consent and it is approved by Danceline Executive Director. No special refunds will be made for these circumstances. A replacement may be made for an additional fee.

ROOMING LIST

A complete rooming list is due with second payment in September. Be sure to fill in rooming list requesting quad, triple or double room when you register. Name should be your legal name as it appears on Driver's License and/or passport. If name listed on registration and rooming list is different you will have to pay a name change fee. The agents with which we travel are very strict about this.

If you are traveling with a group that has less that 4 travelers and you would like to get the quad or triple rate pricing, please indicate this on your registration form and we will do our best to accomodate you. Please note that we cannot guarantee this.

General Chaperone Requirements

Please note that Danceline requires all students to be chaperoned at the rate of one adult per six dancers. Dancers are not permitted to travel without a chaperone.

Medical Release Form

We require a medical release to accompany your second payment in October for every traveler attending our Elite Trip. This Medical Release Form will be sent after we receive your deposit in August or you can download it here.Please note that the Medical Release Form is 2 Pages and BOTH must be completed and received in order for registrant to travel with us.

Group Representatives

If a group has four or more traverls, we ask that you designate one person from your group to be the Group Representative. This representative can be the director, a parent or a chaperone. Please indicate who the Group Representative will be on our registration form. After the initial deposits are received, all further Danceline Elite info will be sent to the Group Representative only. He/She will then be responsible for distributing information to the entire group. Please choose a responsible and trustworthy individual for this position. If there are three or less travelers from your school, no group representative is necessary and items will be mailed directly to the individuals.
