Our Hotel Team Camp offers a great environment for your team to unify in a beautiful hotel and resort setting away from the distractions of home. Our team camps do not focus on competing with other teams at camp, but encourage an environment to facilitate group learning and team building. Our encouraging atmosphere inspires bonding and growth. Our staff will help analyze your team’s unique strengths and provide you with routines and team-building programs focused on growth and designed to produce results.

Hotel Team Camp Tuition includes 2 night stay in hotel, 3 catered lunches,
2 catered dinners, 3 Custom Pep Rally or Field Routines, Camp Tuition Fees, Ballroom Fees, Resort Fees (if applicable), Professional Development Certificate (1 per director) and Summer Camp Music. Price is based on hotel room occupancy.

EARLY ARRIVAL OPTION
Plan to arrive the night prior to camp in order to explore the resort or hotel amenities. Traveling far? Then this is the option for you. Most hotels allow check in between 3-4pm allowing you time to unload, unpack and bond before camp begins! We highly recommend this option for all campers.
For any team attending camp, you may add chaperones to your registration up until 3 weeks prior to the camp date in order to book hotel and meet catering needs.
We take the safety of our campers seriously and make it a high priority. Danceline USA must be made aware of any adults that are planning to attend or visit events outside of the closing session that is open to the public.
Chaperones can choose to add a meal plan in order to eat with the team. Each meal is $35 per person, per meal (as of Fall 2021).

Manager Training Program Available At All Team Hotel Locations
We gladly welcome managers so that they get to experience camp and bond with their team. Our program is scheduled and developed to meet their unique role while integrating them with the team at pivotal times throughout the camp. Not only do they learn what it means to be a manager and your expectations of them, but they also get to learn how valuable they are the team!
Manager Camp Fee is the same as Dancer Rate based on Room Occupancy.

At each officer and team hotel location, there is a professional development program for Directors that is focused on leadership, education and dance training. All directors will receive a letter and Professional Developement Certificate upon completion of camp.
Our camps are dedicated to meeting your needs for continuing education and professional development while giving you a few days to relax. You will be surrounded by like-minded leaders who will invigorate you with new ideas for the year ahead.

HOTEL CAMP SCHEDULES
Our sample schedule provides and idea of what our general camp day will include. It is important to note the following:
Team Check-In on Day One generally is from 8:30-9:30am
Hotel Check-In typically is around 3pm
Day 2 & 3 generally begin around 7:30am
Final Evaluations and Award Ceremony are open to parents and typically begin around 2pm
A final schedule will be post for directors closer to camp dates.
Team and Managers have their own curriculum and schedule. While some sessions and routines may be together, some will be independent of each other throughout the day but will join together in the evenings.

DANCELINE ELITE TEAM INFO & AUDITIONS
We believe in offering performance and dance educational opportunities that are well-planned and allow dancers and parents to experience the best of our trip destinations. The Elite Team is selected each summer during our camp programs. All Danceline camp participants are eligible to audition. Selections are based on dance and performance ability, academic record and staff and director recommendations. Danceline USA makes dance experience trips available each year. Danceline Elite Team has performed and traveled to New York, Walt Disney World, Walt Disney Land, Los Angeles, Branson, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Cozumel and the Bahamas.
