ABOUT OUR HOTEL TEAM CAMPS

Our Hotel Team Camp offers a great environment for your team to unify in a beautiful hotel and resort setting away from the distractions of home. Our team camps do not focus on competing with other teams at camp, but encourage an environment to facilitate group learning and team building. Our encouraging atmosphere inspires bonding and growth. Our staff will help analyze your team’s unique strengths and provide you with routines and team-building programs focused on growth and designed to produce results.

HOTEL CAMP REGISTRATION PROCESS

Hotel camps have limited space to ensure ballrooms are never crowded, current COVID-19 protocols can be met and that personal attention can be given to each team.  Please follow these steps to register for a hotel camp location.

1. RSVP to a Hotel camp to start the process of saving your spot at camp. This step will require a $550 non-refundable deposit to secure your hotel accommodations. Due to COVID-19, space may be limited and those with a paid RSVP will be given priority.  Please note that without deposit of $550, your hotel accomodations cannot be made.  Deadline:  One month prior to this camp date.
2. Once your $550 non-refundable deposit is received, you will be sent  a link to official registration. You will be connected to the welcome center group, here on our website, where you can access specific information regarding this camp.  We will post schedules and all other important camp prep information in the group to ensure all details are covered and that you are ready for an amazing camp experience!
3. The last step will be providing the final payment.  CUSTOM MUSIC DEADLINE: We require all custom music to be submitted by May 15, 2022. Any custom music submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed.
