Qualifying As A Soloist
Any soloists who placed in the top 1-3rd ranking at a 2025 Danceline Regional or State contest will automatically qualify to compete at Nationals.
What Does That Mean?--It means that you do not have to Pre-Qualify. You automatically qualify to compete for the National title!
All other solos will have to compete in our Preliminary Round typically held on Friday evening. We do reserve the option to have some of the Preliminary Round on Saturday if necessary.
The number of solos chosen for Saturday Finals depend on high scores for the contest and time availability. Please note that all solos are evaluated on the scores received during the two-day National Competition for their National Title Placement. Adjudication and scores from previous contest performances does not count toward National Title.
