Anyone! If you are an officer or a director of a team, this is a must have to help your year run smooth! Students are encouraged to keep up with one to stay organized between academic, dance and any other activities they are involved in.

Right now! The beginning of an academic year is a great time. It will help you get your new schedule figured out, remember important dates and much more!
WHAT IS A DIGITAL PLANNER?
Our digital planner is a calendar design that uses google slides. You are able to invite collaborators to help fill it in and grant viewing access to those who need the information.
WHERE CAN YOU PURCHASE THE PLANNER?
Here is a list of things that you can consider including on your digital planner:
Team Performances
Team Rehearsals
Fundraisers
Special Events or Parties
Any extra responsibility due dates (especially for line or social officers)
School Holidays
Team Birthdays
Due Dates for things like permission forms, money, etc.
Gift Exchange days
Add only trusted individuals as editors to your planner to help include all information. It helps to collaborate when making a team planner.
Use the "Task" tool (right side panel) to keep up with assignments or things that need to be added.
When collaborating, use the speaker notes section to ask questions or suggest changes that need to be discussed.
Use an app like Remind or Band to make announcements? Plan to use the monthly calendar to share with parents, guardians and other team members. Simple select the "Download" option from under the "File" tab. Then select .svg image so that it can be magnified on devices. This option will allow you to download only the current slide and not the entire planner.
